The shooting of Singam 2 featuring the likes of Surya, Anushka and Hansika wrapped up a day ago in Tuticorin, with Anjali shaking a leg alongside the Durai Singam actor as part of the concluding schedules. The foot thumping tunes that will release soon, hope to package that extra punch, with music composer Devi Sri Prasad appointed to accomplish the task at hand. 

 For this high octane entertainer, the cast and crew, have put in their best efforts, with schedules spread all across – from South India to South Africa and Malayasia. With Singam 2, director Hari wants to live up to the much prominent tag ‘part 2′, eyeing which, he is channeling his resources to extend a script, much in continuation to the mass success – Singam ‘part 1′. Confirming the same, he had revealed a few days ago - “We have all the technicians and assistants from the earlier edition in the sequel too. Prakashraj, will not be a part of the script as he had suffered ill fate in the first part. However, Santhanam will bring his jolliness to the table.

” Finished with the shoots, SR Prabhu of Studio Green, wrote on his micro blog, “Singam 2 grand audio launch to happen in Chennai on June 1st.” For a month till the appointed date, Surya will head towards Gautham Menon and his crew for Dhruva Natchathiram which starts rolling today.
