After her (second) effort to storm Bollywood through the recent Himmatwala went in vain, dazzling beauty Tamannaah has decided to concentrate more on Telugu and Tamil films and further tighten her stranglehold in these two languages as one of the top heroines. Tamannah’s Himmatwala, remake of a Sridevi film of the same title of the 80’s, fell flat at the box-office despite Tamannaah pulling at all the stops to ensure that the film gains a decent ‘opening’ and does well at the box-office.

Now that she hasn’t got any other offer to star in Hindi films, Tamannaah has taken a quick and wise decision to concentrate more in South and not lose her fan-base which is intact in both Tamil and Telugu. Tadakha with Naga Chaitanya, Sunil and Andrea Jermaiah would be Tamannaah’s next Telugu film which would be hitting the screens this month. A remake of the Tamil hit Vettai, Tamannaah plays Amala Paul’s role in the Telugu version while Sunil, Naga & Andrea would be essaying roles played by Madhavan, Arya and Sameera Reddy from the original version. Unit sources say that for the Telugu version, Tamannaah has bettered Amala’s glam-avatar in the Tamil version by several notches.

Tadakha could easily turn out to be Tamannah’s most glamourous avatar as on date, it is reported. Tamannah’s glamour, especially in the song sequences, hasn’t gone down well with actresses such as Amala and Samantha who have been trying their best to reach the top in Tollywood. It is also reported that Tamannah’s fee for the film, which is an all-time high, could have been a reason for her ultra-glam avatar in the film.
